Welcome to Volkio. By accessing our web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
Volkio offers a Premium subscription that grants access to advanced coffee tracking features. By subscribing, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee indicated at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Upon cancellation, your access to Premium features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
Refunds: Payments are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services, except where required by law.
You retain ownership of the coffee data you log into the application. However, strictly for the purpose of operating the service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display this data within your account.
The materials on Volkio are provided "as is". We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability.
